Important information about the assignment of Cloud Connectors in the center upon termination


Dear partners,

We would like to inform you that when canceling a Cloud Connector in the Cloud Center, it is important to assign it correctly in order to avoid accidental deactivation of incorrect licenses.
If you have booked several Cloud Connectors and would like to cancel one of them, but you are missing the exact assignment, we offer you a simple solution here:

Please open a ticket and provide us with the corresponding license ID.
To determine the license ID, please follow the following steps:

1. Log in to the Securepoint Reseller Portal.
2. Select the desired end customer.
3. Click on the description of the corresponding Cloud Connector.
4. Check the URL in your browser where the license ID is located.
5. Send us this license ID in your ticket.

The support team will then make the assignment and cancel the desired Cloud Connector for you.
Please note that for security reasons we cannot accept screenshots of your data. Instead, please provide us with the license ID directly from the URL.
